Leaders are created by social circumstances dont you think '' come the time come the man'', so youn might get a kennedy or a Hitler or a stalin or a churchill , I dont think that the assumption the leaders are are not born ,but are crated by social forces is an accurate one

Who said Leaders are born not made?
I know there’s some US Football coach who said leaders are made not born, that’s not my question.

Someone suggested it was Marx. But, who knows?

Need to know for my dissertation on Leadership Styles and Motivation. But can’t find a reference to it anywhere.
